HOW IT WORK

 

STEP 1 | Pulling together a focused brief

After purchasing this package you’ll receive an email with a design brief questionnaire. This questionnaire will help us gather all elements to encapsulate your brand look and feel and establish the visual direction of the project.

STEP 2 | Designing a distinctive logo

With the information provided in the design brief, I'll sketch a number of logo concepts and shortlist the 6 concepts that better convey your brand message. Your job here will be to review each concept and provide clear and concise feedback.

STEP 3 | Polishing concepts

After receiving your feedback, I’ll polish your favourite logo concept by creating different version of it, trying different fonts and creating different variations to make sure your logo is versatile and clear in any size and medium.

STEP 4 | Styling your brand

Once we have the perfect logo we can choose a colour scheme, typefaces, patterns, textures and any other elements that bring personality and style to your brand identity. All these elements will be compiled in a document called visual identity guide.

STEP 5 | Packaging deliveries

Your logo files and your visual identity guide will be sent to you via Dropbox so you can go town on implementing them however you see fit.

STEP 6 | Branding your business

Your brand package also can also include some extras such such as business stationery, email signatures, social media banners and even your website if needed.

 
TERMS OF SERVICES
1.0 Services Rendered
Design, strategy, photography and marketing are all highly creative services and subjective art forms. As such Grafika Studio take every possible care with professional advice offered and any suggested creative concepts and/or their implementation, however we cannot be held responsible for variations between expectation and outcome.

2.0 Charges for Services Performed
The fee for these design services shall be the cost estimates provided in this page, unless work undertaken exceeds work outlined. If work undertaken exceeds the items specified in this page, a fee for the additional work will apply. We will notified of any increases in the scope of the projectin advance. Requests above and beyond those listed in this page will be considered out-of-scope.



3.0 Revisions & Changes
During the design phase you be presented 6 logo concepts. You are entitle to up to 2 rounds of revisions and changes. You can make as many changes as needed in each revision. Every additional round of 6 logo concepts (with 2 rounds of revisions and changes) will have an additional cost of $225.

4.0 Payment and cancellations
Full payment will be request before starting your project.Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, it is non-refundable. All prices are in Australian dollar and don't include GST.

You will be able to modify, reject, cancel or stop any and all work in process. In the event of cancellation of the project by the Client, ownership of all copyrights and the original artwork and disks shall be returned and retained by Grafika Studio.
