What is the difference between a Brand Package and a Package of Hours?
A Brand Package offers a fixed scope of work focused on delivering a logo and a cohesive visual identity for new or evolving brands. A Package of Hours provides a flexible solution, allowing you to tailor the scope of work to meet your specific project needs.
How do I choose the best option for my brand identity project??
If this is your first time working on a brand identity, a Brand Package is ideal as it offers a clear structure, including a fixed number of concepts, revisions and deliverables. If you need flexibility with concepts, revisions, or deliverables, or your project extends to marketing materials, signage, packaging, website, or product design, a Package of Hours may be a better choice. Contact me to discuss your project needs and find the best fit.
Can I customize the number of hours in a Package of Hours?
You can choose between 25-hour or 40-hour packages. For smaller projects requiring fewer than 25 hours, you may purchase a minimum of 10 hours at my standard hourly rate. However, discount rates apply only to the 25 and 40-hour packages.
Can I use my hours with different businesses?
A Package of Hours can be used for multiple projects that sit under the same brand. If your business operates two distinct brands, you will need to purchase a separate package for work related to each brand.
How can I track how many hours I have remaining?
All hours are logged through Clockify, a time-tracking tool that provides real-time updates on hours used. This ensures you always have visibility into your remaining balance.
Can I get a refund for unused hours?
Unused hours are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another business. If the hours remain unused for 24 months, they will expire.
